Privacy
What CropCorp does with your email address. Short version: almost nothing.
Short version: the only personal data this site collects is an email address, only if you type one in, and it is used solely to tell you about CropCorp.
What is collected
If you submit the notify form, we store the email address you entered, the date you submitted it, and which page you submitted it from. Nothing else. There is no account, no profile and no tracking pixel.
Where it is stored
On this website’s own server, in its WordPress database. The list is not uploaded to a mailing platform, sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
What it is used for
Two emails, at most: one when the store page opens, and one when there is something playable. If that ever changes, you will be asked first rather than told afterwards.
Getting removed
Reply to any email from us with the word “remove” and the address is deleted. You can also ask for a copy of what is held, or its deletion, at any time using the contact route on the press page.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the admin area, which applies to the site’s own administrators and not to visitors.
Server logs
The web host keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. That is ordinary hosting behaviour and those logs are rotated and discarded by the host on their own schedule.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published here.
